ACTIVE TOURISM FESTIVAL IN LĪVĀNI  On 17th of August 2013, Latgale Planning Region in cooperation with Līvāni County Council invites everyone to participate in the Active Tourism Festival in Līvāni (Latvia). Be active and take part in various sports activities: fishing competition, canoeing, bicycle-cross, pneumatic shooting, adventure route, Frisbee, beach volleyball tournament and Nordic walking school. Guests from Belarus and Lithuania will participate in this international festival.
Competition rules and application This Festival is organised within EU project “Fostering Capacity for Tourism Development in Latgale-Utena-Vitebsk Cross Border Region” (LLB-1-098) (BELLA DVINA 2), which is being implemented within the Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Cross-border Cooperation Programme.
