The closing conference of the Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus Cross-border Cooperation Programme within the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument 2007-2013 (Programme) is over!

It was a perfect opportunity to share the achievements of the projects of the Programme, to meet each other and to draw the prospects for successful neighbourhood of the future for the period of 2014-2020.
